You can definitely keep going after finishing up the main story stuff - once those credits roll youll get a nice recap of everything that went down and then youre free to jump back in. The regions of Kuttenberg and Trosky are still completely open to explore, and theres usually plenty left to do if you didnt finish everything during the story
