Oh yeah been running into quite a few of these lately but there are some decent workarounds that the community's figured out. The quest stuff is probably the most annoying, especially that Lost Honour one where Zavish just refuses to talk sometimes. I found that boosting your speech stats with some fancy clothes works pretty well, or if youre feeling sneaky you can always knock him out at night when nobodys watching.

The Demons of Trosky quest has this really frustrating locked room situation, and while console commands can fix it if youre on PC (the coordinates are like 2450-something if you need them), honestly just keeping an earlier save handy is probably smarter. Same goes for that Nightingale quest with the disappearing birdcages, which is super annoying but loading back usually sorts it out.

Those sliding NPCs are pretty funny to watch actually but yeah they can mess things up sometimes. Usually switching up who you talk to first or just reloading helps, and the devs are probably gonna patch that soon anyway. For the crashes and performance stuff, its pretty basic but making sure your game files are good and your drivers are updated goes a long way. Oh and dont forget to grab some Saviour Schnapps, trust me youll want those manual saves.

One thing thats helped me a ton is just saving whenever I get the chance, either with schnapps or finding a bed. And maybe stay away from mods for now, especially that Project Nevada one - it makes everything go wonky with the animations. If youre really stuck on PC, theres always console commands like whcheatcompleteQuest that can get you unstuck, but Id save those as a last resort.
