The basic idea is that the PC version really stands out when it comes to pushing those visuals and performance limits. If you've got some beefy hardware, you're looking at crisp 4K textures and honestly way better environmental details than what you'll see on consoles. Something interesting about the console versions though, they've actually done a pretty good job this time around especially with the PS5 and Series X offering those two different modes you can pick from.

Looking at the specifics, the Series X and PS5 can do this nice upscaled 4K with AMD's FSR tech which looks pretty solid, but you might notice some pop-in especially in Performance mode. The Series S is kind of stuck at 30fps which is a bit of a bummer, but it still runs pretty smooth at 1080p. PC players get all the fancy bells and whistles with uncapped frame rates that can push past 100fps if your system can handle it.

Tip for PC players: you've got these five different graphics presets to play with plus some experimental options that really let you fine-tune everything. The consoles keep it simple with just those Quality and Performance modes, but honestly thats probably enough for most people. The game can still get a bit choppy in really busy city areas no matter what you're playing on, but overall the performance is way better than what we saw in the first game.
