Find out who the banshee picks as target first, should see it chasing just one person during hunts while totally ignoring others. Place crucifixes within 5 meters of its room, bit further than usual which is neat, and keep the targeted player's sanity above 50% with pills. Good to know the non-targets can do whatever they want inside, pretty much risk-free while gathering evidence.

If target's sanity drops too low, have them step outside for a bit, ghost starts acting normal then. Really useful trick is watching motion sensors, they'll show the ghost heading straight for its favorite person. Keep smudge sticks handy, especially for the target since they'll need about 6 seconds of breathing room when things get scary. Rest of the team can actually get close during hunts, take photos and do objectives while the ghost tunnel-visions on its target.

Tip for sanity management: keep the targeted player in bright areas and save pills specifically for them since theyre the only one that matters for hunt triggers anyway.
