Remember to switch off any equipment you're carrying since active electronics can trigger unwanted attention, though dropped stuff won't cause any problems even if it's still on.

Tip that might save your life: set up some crucifixes near where your equipment is and, more importantly, know exactly where you're going to hide if things go wrong. Keep the noise down while you're in there - no running around or chatting on voice comms if you can help it. The ghost picks up on that stuff pretty quickly.
