ive been thinking about getting those good gravitino balls but i dont have the minotaur exotech yet to stay a little safer from sentinel threat. is collecting them worth it?
mepmep
To put it simply gravitino balls are pretty valuable trade items thatll fetch you around 46 to 49k units when buying and typically 38 to 42k when selling them back. Just keep in mind that grabbing these glowing beauties usually means dealing with some rather angry sentinels so be prepared for a fight when you're harvesting them
Here's something interesting, the market actually responds to how many you're trying to sell at once. If you dump too many gravitino balls at the same location, you'll notice the price starting to drop, which is why experienced traders usually spread out their sales across different systems. The prices generally stay pretty stable with small changes here and there, maybe 5% up or down, though occasionally you might get lucky and find a system paying double the usual rate
The smart approach is treating them like any valuable commodity, don't flood the market, keep an eye out for those high demand systems, and maybe consider setting up a proper farm if you're planning to make this a regular income stream. The sentinels might be a pain to deal with, but the profit margins usually make it worth the hassle especially if you're strategic about where and when you sell
No Man's Sky is a game about exploration and survival in an infinite procedurally generated universe.
