First time you'll encounter arkveld, he's gonna do this thing where he kinda pauses and tenses up those chains - that's your cue to move cause he's about to unleash his sweeping attack. Best spot is actually right under his nose or next to the wings, believe it or not, cause most of his nastiest moves can't hit you there. Just watch for that tail slam if you're anywhere behind him, it's basically a one-shot deal.

When those chains start glowing red, that's your signal to back off and wait it out. He'll do this massive energy blast in a straight line, so superman dive to the side when you see him rear back. Focus mode is super important here - you wanna use it to target those glowing wound spots, especially when he's tired. Getting good at hitting these spots will give you lots of knockdown opportunities.

Really interesting thing about multiplayer fights, lance users can actually make this way easier by drawing aggro while others focus on wound spots. Flash pods are amazing for stopping his grab attacks or bringing him down when he's airborne. If you're running with a group, having someone with wide range support is pretty clutch, especially during that red chain phase.

Getting those vine trap setups is huge too - try to coordinate with your team to lead him into environmental hazards when he's not enraged. The capture route tends to give better rewards in the long run, so maybe pack some extra traps if you're farming materials. Just remember, position smart, respect the red glow, and don't get greedy with your attacks when those chains light up.
