So the frenzy stuff and black eclipse skills are pretty interesting mechanics that can really spice up your hunts. You basically get infected with this purple meter thing, and while its building up you get a nice +10 attack boost which is pretty sweet. The real fun starts when you manage to overcome it by dealing enough damage, cause then you get this awesome +15 attack bonus and 25% better affinity for like a minute.

If youre running the gore magala tyranny set with black eclipse ii, its even better since you get that extra +10 attack during the buildup, and another +5 when you recover. Just keep in mind that if you dont overcome the frenzy in time, youll take some damage instead so its definitely a risk vs reward kind of deal.

One thing thats helped me is pairing it with skills like antivirus or coalescence, they work really well together since youre already dealing with status effects. The key is staying aggressive and keeping up the pressure, cause you need to deal enough damage to overcome the frenzy before it gets you. Its definitely made some of my hunts more exciting, and once you get the timing down its super satisfying to pull off those damage boosts.
