Physics metaphors don't affect gameplay mechanics at all - focus on the actual rules. Status effects trigger with 33% chance per hit and get harder to apply after each proc. For buffs, keep it simple: items in same categories don't stack, just take the stronger effect. Like mega demondrug cancels regular demondrug, giving you just the +7 attack boost

Different buff types work together though. Stack your mega demondrug with demon powder for maximum attack - they're separate categories so you get both bonuses. Same goes for seeds and pills, but watch the duration timers

Good to know: when building status, about one-third of your hits contribute to the threshold. Once you trigger it the first time, you'll need more buildup for the next proc. Most players track rough numbers: maybe 300 points for first paralyze, then 450 for second

Status attack up skills and proper buff combos are your best tools here. Forget theoretical physics, just remember: same category = strongest wins, different categories = stack away. Keep track of your timers and you're set
