Head through the Woods of Ember and youll need to find the Pale-Axe Stalwart first make sure to talk to him completely after beating him cause its important.

The Brown-Iron Cart is right up the stairs after his arena and its probably the easiest to practice on since it has pretty basic attacks just watch for the spinning move, and dodge when you see it winding up.

After that go find the Gray-Bronze Cart near the Height of Ember Keepers Shrine this ones trickier cause it uses a spiked ball that goes back and forth so time your approach carefully.

The Crimson-Silver Cart in the Emerald Hall hits really hard but has longer recovery times between attacks, and youll want to save your stronger abilities for when it starts getting more aggressive below half health.

Finally the Rusty-Gold Cart in Cooling Slope is probably the toughest one cause it combines a lot of the other carts moves so take your time with it.

Maybe interesting that you can use the pillars around each arena to break their line of sight if you need a breather during any of these fights. The carts get more predictable when theyre low on health which is good to know, but they also hit way harder so dont get cocky just cause you can see the attacks coming.
