make your way to Rockrest Flat Keeper's Shrine, where youll need to beat the Stone Vanguard first. Once he's down, look for a massive rock to the left of the arena entrance and use all your collected eyeballs there, which brings out Shigandang.

Maybe interesting that you should wait till youre stronger in Chapter 2 before fighting him, because his attacks are pretty devastating with ground spikes and massive body slams. The whole collection takes about 30-40 minutes if you know where youre going but take time to check corners, since some eyeballs are tucked away pretty good.

When fighting Shigandang, watch for his shockwave attacks and try freezing him whenever you can, then hit hard when he's vulnerable. The eyeballs stay where they are until you collect them, so no worries if you miss any first time around. Good to know that beating him gives some really strong gear, definitely worth the trouble if youre trying to get stronger for later fights.
