You'll find a total of 37 blood bosses spread across different regions and picking them off in the right order makes a huge difference. Start with dunley farmlands, where 14 bosses including the new sir erwin and gaius hang out - erwin's usually patrolling near the racecourse while gaius makes his home in the colosseum. The gloomrot area's got another 14 bosses waiting, and the newer oakveil woodlands adds its own share to the mix.

Your v blood book is going to be your best friend here, since it lets you track any boss you've discovered. Most of them either stick to specific spots like caves and churches, or patrol along main roads which makes hunting them down way easier. Something neat to remember is that after you take one down, you'll see their ghostly image with a timer showing when they'll pop back up.

The newer fights are pretty interesting, especially sir erwin who actually needs you to fight on horseback - definitely worth grabbing since he gives you storm magic points. Gaius is another cool one, where the arena keeps getting smaller as you fight him. Each boss drops different stuff like castle blueprints, weapon recipes, and those precious spell points, so maybe check what you need most and plan your hunt around that. Just remember to work your way up through the regions since the difficulty jumps quite a bit as you go deeper into the map
