so i know this has been asked a couple times on this sub but im just wondering if the equation plays a role in this game spawning predators and preys

You know those cool population cycles you see on planets? Its actually based on some pretty neat math called the lotka-volterra equations, and its not as complicated as it sounds! Basically when you land on a planet and see creatures running around, theres this constant back-and-forth happening between predators and prey that keeps things balanced.
I noticed this really interesting pattern while exploring - when theres lots of prey animals around, the predator numbers start climbing because hey, more food right? But then something cool happens, the predators get a bit too successful and the prey numbers drop which means the predators start having a harder time finding food. Nature has this way of working things out and the game does a pretty good job copying that cycle. Its honestly fascinating to watch it play out, especially if you stick around on a planet long enough to see the shifts happening.
The whole system uses these mathematical formulas to keep everything in check, so you wont see predators completely wiping out prey species or prey animals overwhelming the ecosystem. Sometimes when im just chilling on a new planet, i like watching how the populations change over time - its pretty much exactly how it works in real nature which is super cool if you think about it!
No Man's Sky is a game about exploration and survival in an infinite procedurally generated universe.

so we all the game generate a lot of fauna and flora and im just mesmerized by how large in volume usually not to mention the planets and star systems i lost count to. Is there any correlation to quantum wave function or
