The Orthon Yurgir situation in the Grand Mausoleum is another good example, where you can actually convince him to take care of his own followers and himself if youre clever about it - either talk him through the logic or find a way to mess with his infernal contract

Now for Ketheric Thorm, its a bit different because you cant completely avoid fighting him, but theres still some room to work with. If you discover enough about his story and pick up on certain details, you can actually influence how the final phase of his boss fight plays out through dialogue, which is pretty neat. Just remember that these peaceful solutions usually need some careful attention to dialogue options and maybe a bit of exploration beforehand to unlock all the right choices
