One of the best moments ive seen so far is how some game companies listen to the community suggestions i think this is a win win approach and with poe2 at its early access and the planned beta access and hopefully a stable release, how will i be able to participate in creating the game and everything i need to know

Early access is pretty straightforward when it comes to having your voice heard. The devs keep track of everything through forums and social spots, and they're actually paying attention to what players say about different game systems. Take the whole difficulty debate for instance, where feedback quickly led to some real changes in how tough certain encounters were getting.
Making your feedback count is all about knowing where to put it. The official forums usually catch dev attention fastest especially when discussing bigger issues like item drop rates or endgame progression, but reddit and discord work too. What's interesting is how quick the response can be sometimes with patches rolling out to fix the stuff players point out as problematic.
The quarterly updates really show how serious they are about player input, and you'll notice a lot of the bigger changes coming through actually started as community suggestions. Just keeping an eye on those dev posts will give you a good idea of what they're working on, and maybe interesting to see your own feedback make it into the game. Players who stick around and give detailed feedback about specific mechanics tend to see the most impact especially when it comes to things like skill balancing and endgame systems.
They've actually delayed some new content releases before just because player testing showed things weren't quite right, which tells you how much weight community feedback carries these days.
