Nah there aren't any different endings for your companions actually - its all one big story that plays out the same way. I remember being curious about this too when i first played but everyone's path is pretty much set in stone. You get the main ending and theres this cool little secret ending you can unlock after doing the viking funeral quest, which is pretty interesting to check out.

The companion stories are really well done though even if they're fixed. Like when you're hanging out with freya in vanaheim or dealing with everything that happens with brok and sindri, those moments hit pretty hard. If you wanna see all the extra character stuff, definitely stick around for the post-game content cause theres some good optional conversations that flesh out their stories more.

Tip for ya - make sure to chat with everyone after the main story wraps up, especially while doing those berserker gravestone challenges. The characters have some pretty interesting things to say that add more depth to everything that went down, even if it doesnt change how things end up.
