Actually, Nestor isnt physically there anymore but I can tell you where his stash is - its up on this huge crane structure in Slag Heap near Garbage. First thing youll wanna do is find Diode, hes the repair guy hanging around Slag Heaps main hall and hell mark everything on your PDA for you. From there make your way northwest of Diodes workshop, and youll spot this white minibus - theres actually a hidden cave behind it that helps you avoid the worst of the toxic waste. The tricky part is definitely the radiation, so bring whatever anti-rad stuff you can get your hands on, vodka works pretty well early on before you find better gear.

Once you get through that part youll need to do some climbing up the collapsed stuff to reach the crane. When you make it to the top, look for this guy Richter, hes usually just hanging out singing to himself, and right at his feet youll find a gray backpack with the flash drives and ammo youre looking for. Just a tip - the mutants up there can be pretty nasty, so maybe save before trying any risky jumps on the scaffolding, learned that one the hard way!
