You'll find some really good stuff if you explore the Plant thoroughly. Starting at the main building's basement, check behind the closed door for the Poorly Hidden Loot, it's usually worth grabbing. Going southwest, make your way through the adjacent building and across a skybridge with some nasty glass shard anomalies to find the Forgotten Loot, just watch your step.

The western section's got a tricky parkour section where you'll need to balance across some beams to reach the Forgotten Stash with a PDA on a body, and that'll point you toward a blue safe called the Stolen Roof Stash at the southern edge. If you're feeling brave, drop into the Plant Boiler Station through the roof hole for the Dusty Loot, and while you're there, check out the broken shelf one floor up for a backpack full of supplies.

Something interesting - those psi-emissions can hit pretty hard while you're exploring, causing hallucinations and bringing unwanted attention. Might be smart to save before attempting any risky jumps, and keep your weapon ready since you never know what's waiting around the corners here. Most of the stashes pack good medical supplies, special ammo, or unique weapons though, definitely worth the trouble if you're careful.
