So this one's actually pretty straightforward depending on which faction you're rolling with. If youre going spark route, youll find scar hanging out at rostok depot with star. Nothing too complex there, just make your way to the marked building and chat with them - though watch out for the enemies along the way. Once you hand it over, theres a cutscene you cant skip that kicks off dawn of a new day.

Now if youre more of a ward person, youll need to take it to their hq at the chemical plant, but theres a bit more to it. First up, check in with major dvoryankov in his office, then grab that sweet psz-20w armor from sergeant ivaylov (seriously, dont skip this part), and finally meet up with colonel korshunov in the war room. This whole thing sets you up for assault on duga which is pretty intense.

Just a heads up, both areas can be pretty hostile, so maybe clear out the bad guys before triggering those unskippable story bits. And yeah, the choice you make here definitely changes how things play out later, so choose what feels right for your playthrough.
