Start this one right after finishing Just Like the Good Old Days, when you get that urgent call from Gaffer about Zalissya being under attack. Its definitely a mid-game challenge, so you'll want decent tier-3 gear before jumping in, especially since those Monolith troops fight smart and coordinate really well. The timing here is pretty crucial because if you wait too long, Zalissya might get permanently wrecked which cuts off some useful stuff later. Watch for groups of 3-4 soldiers working together, they like to flank while one keeps you pinned with suppressing fire. Getting through the first wave is rough but theres usually good cover near the eastern buildings, and the mutants dont show up until youve cleared most of the troops. Keep an eye out for that SEVA suit reward with PSI protection, its super handy for later zones. Tip - those Monolith guys always check their corners so peek quickly and relocate often, staying in one spot is asking for trouble. The whole thing flows better with the story if you tackle it while its fresh, plus keeping Zalissya intact really pays off down the line.
