During missions like ad astra, you'll want to keep moving at a steady pace and stay away from deep water since it really slows you down and makes things worse.

Those phantom enemies you see might look fake but they can definitely hurt you so take them seriously. Your best bet is moving through beacon zones quickly, taking out any threats you absolutely need to, and focusing on getting to the beacon itself. If things get too intense, there's no shame in backing off for a minute to let your psi-meter settle down before pushing forward again. Something interesting - the illusions get stronger the longer you stick around, so don't get caught up exploring until after you've dealt with the beacon.

Once you've managed to shut it down, watch out for those emissions that follow - you'll need to find shelter fast using the marked paths. Getting caught in the open isn't something you want to experience firsthand.
