So I've done this one a few times and honestly, going with Kryvenko is your best bet here. You'll end up with 5,668 Coupons which is way more useful than what Senkevych offers, and trust me those Coupons come in handy later on. The fun part is, both paths actually lead to finding out about Lieutenant Shterev's whole Monolith tech situation, but Kryvenko's way is just smoother and faster.

Senkevych's deal isn't terrible - you get a PA-7 Gas Mask and some Psi-Blockers, but in my experience, the currency is just more flexible for whatever you need down the line. Something interesting though, both choices work fine story-wise so you won't mess anything up whichever way you go. The community mostly leans towards Kryvenko's path, and after trying both routes, I totally get why - its just more efficient and those Coupons really help with upgrading your gear later on.
