Much safer to keep your distance and sprint away when she jumps up, then dodge through the other flurries. Good trick is using bloodhounds step if youre having trouble with the timing, works really well with light equipment load.

Shield blocking works too with something sturdy like turtle shield but watch out since shell heal from hitting your guard.
