In a nutshell, the cyberpsychosis hack's effects are temporary lasting about a minute tops nothing permanent to worry about. When you hit enemies with it theyll go wild attacking anyone nearby including their buddies, and if they're alone they might even off themselves which is pretty useful. Good to know that its different from those permanent cyberpsychos you meet in side missions, those poor guys are gone for good due to their cyberware frying their brains. The duration can be tweaked a bit with the right gear and perks but itll always wear off eventually, making it perfect for creating quick chaos in enemy groups before moving in. Just remember after about 60 seconds, they snap right back to normal so plan your moves accordingly.
