I had the same problem until i looked into all the possible routes. The tower ending from the dlc is probably your best shot since v actually wakes up after a 2-year coma though you'll have to live without cyberware which is rough. If you're thinking about the nomad path with the aldecaldos, that's interesting too since they might find help outside night city, and honestly their connections run pretty deep. Going with mr blue eyes in the sun ending is definitely more of a gamble, but there's some wild tech and connections there that could pan out. The arasaka route lets you store your mind but your body's done for unless they figure out some next-level tech to transfer you later.

Tip: if you're worried about survival odds, the tower is the only ending that confirms v lives past the deadline even if the trade-off is pretty harsh. The others keep things more open-ended but at least give you some hope to work with depending on who you trust
