When you first meet placide he's gonna infect you with this virus that's supposed to take out netwatch, but surprise surprise it's meant to kill you too. That's where things get spicy cause bryce mosley from netwatch offers to help remove that nasty virus, and here's where you gotta make your choice.

If you're thinking about working with netwatch, just know that the voodoo boys are gonna be real unhappy about it and youll have to fight placide and maman brigitte later on. Pretty intense fight actually. On the flip side, if you stick with the voodoo boys and take out mosley, they'll still try to double-cross you anyway but thanks to that relic in your head you'll survive their attempt.

Something worth knowing is that whoever you end up betraying, you're gonna lose access to some stuff later on. Like if you go against the voodoo boys, you can kiss their vendors and club access goodbye. Plus whichever way you go affects how that whole transmission net dive plays out later. At least you get some nice loot either way though - either mosleys cyberdeck or placides fancy coat depending on your choice. Its not like theres a full reputation system or anything, but your choices definitely shake things up in pacifica for the rest of the game.
