Let me give you a brief overview of how these mechanics work together. The key thing to remember is keeping track of your sun and moon charges, which honestly isnt too complicated once you get into the rhythm. You basically build up sun charges whenever you apply foretell to enemies, and then get moon charges when you use those foretell marks up with certain abilities.

The really cool part kicks in when you have both types of charges going at once, which puts you into this twilight state. During this, everything gets supercharged - like, your foretell applications literally double, and you can stack way more of them on enemies. I usually try to start with focused foretell since it gives you 5 foretell marks right off the bat, plus a sun charge which is pretty nice.

Something that took me a while to figure out is that timing your twilight activation is super important. What i like to do is build up a bunch of sun charges first, then use something like harvest to get that moon charge going, and boom - you're in business. The damage boost you get scales with your total charges too, so its worth taking the time to stack them up before going all in. Just remember to use your high-ap abilities during the buff window, cause that's when youll really see those big damage numbers!
