Temple access is all about stealth mechanics and classic infiltration, no monk disguises in this one. You'll need to work with the expanded shadow system and really use those environmental tools to your advantage. The guards around temple areas are pretty alert but theres a good variety of ways to slip past them once you get the hang of it.

Make good use of those dark spots and crawl spaces while keeping an eye out for opportunities to extinguish light sources, which gives you more shadowy areas to work with. The stealth toolkit is pretty solid with things like timed assassinations and distractions coming in really handy, especially in the more heavily guarded sections.

Tip: if you spot any yamabushi around the temples they might look like monks but don't waste time trying to blend with them - theyre actually part of different quest lines and you'll need to deal with them the traditional way through stealth or combat
