Alright, theres quite a few really good armor options depending on how you like to play. If youre going the sneaky route with naoe, the master assassin gear is probably your best bet - you get it after finishing the main story and its pretty sweet since it lets you take down two extra health segments when assassinating. I personally love the tools master set from katano castle, makes your kunai and shuriken way more reliable.

For anyone who prefers getting up close and personal with yasuke, you cant go wrong with the protectors armor set. Found it in one of the mid-game castles and its been a game-changer, especially when you're dealing with those tricky unblockable attacks. The samurai daimyo set is interesting too if youre feeling brave - cuts your health way down but man, the damage boost is incredible.

Something cool i discovered is that theres this kitsune amulet that gives you more health based on your samurai skills, pairs really nicely with any of these sets. And if youre into archery, definitely check out the master archer set - the damage boost outside of combat is absolutely insane. Just remember you can upgrade any of these at the blacksmith to keep them useful as you level up.

Tip: the swift shinobi set is really handy if you mess up during stealth, gives you that extra moment to reposition when spotted. Saved my skin more times than i can count!
