If youre dealing with annoying players in voice chat, i've got a couple easy ways to handle that. The simplest way is to just mute specific people hit your pause button (esc on pc, options on playstation, or menu on xbox) and go to online then players, where you can find whoever's being disruptive and mute them right there.

Sometimes though, you just want some peace and quiet from everyone, and i totally get that. In that case, hold down your interaction menu button (m if youre on pc, touchpad for playstation folks, or view button for xbox) and look for the preferences section. Under voice chat, you can set it to basically whatever works for you maybe just friends if youre trying to keep it chill, or no one if you want complete silence. Pretty handy when youre just trying to enjoy yourself without all the background chatter.

Good to know: i usually keep mine set to friends only, makes things way more enjoyable when youre trying to focus on missions without random people shouting in your ear
