Been playing these triathlons lately and they're actually not too bad once you get the hang of them. The first one opens up after you finish the daddy's little girl mission, and theres two more that unlock as you progress through the story. Good to know: maxing out your stamina stat makes these challenges way more manageable, especially for that brutal coyote cross country one that can take like half an hour to finish.

Here's something interesting i learned the hard way, dont press right on the d pad during the race or youll end up canceling the whole thing which is super frustrating. The controls are pretty straightforward though, just hold shift on pc or the right button on console to keep your pace up. Between race segments, your stamina actually recharges a bit which is nice.

For anyone going for completion, you definitely need to finish all three: vespucci beach, alamo sea, and that long coyote cross country one i mentioned. You'll get some cool outfit rewards along the way, and honestly, the whole thing feels pretty rewarding when you're done. Just remember to pace yourself, especially in that last one because it's definitely the most challenging of the bunch.

One last thing worth mentioning, when you're switching between running, swimming, and cycling, try to maintain a steady rhythm. It really helps with managing your energy throughout the whole race.
