The essence of it is, vehicle customization finally got some love in the latest update. You can now play around with paint jobs using the new crystalcoat system which works on quite a few popular brands like herrera and quadra. Pretty neat feature they added is twintone, where you can actually scan other cars colors you like and copy them to your ride. Something interesting i discovered, changing your paint job actually helps shake off the ncpd for a bit when theyre after you.

Just keep in mind you cant go too crazy with the customization - no engine upgrades or body kits yet sadly. If youre on pc though, theres always mods that let you do way more stuff with your vehicles. The official paint system works really well with what it offers, and honestly its a solid addition that makes cruising around night city feel more personal. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't played in a while, especially since this is supposed to be the last major update were getting.
