Stage Skips:

 At the title screen, when the words "Press  Start" are flashing, press
 and hold C, then press Start.  Press  Start  again at the next  screen
 with the silver bar and the word "Start" on it.  When the game begins,
 press Start to pause. A map screen appears. At the map screen, do any
 of the following:
 
 To Next Level: Press B.
 Jump to Last Boss: Press C.
 See the End Cinema: At the last boss stage, pause the game & press A.
