Mortal Kombat II 

Cheat Menu:

 Start the game, and let  the  opening  cinematics  roll.  At the first
 screen, press  Down,  Up, Left,  Left,  A,  Right, B, Y, C.  The title
 screen lists a new  option, Switches.  This menu has  several  cheats,
 including one-hit kills.
