Smash Mouth car:
Press Square(3), Triangle, Circle, X at the "Press Start" screen. The Smash 
Mouth car which will replace Super Tuned. 


Bonus vehicles:
Enter SMASHMOUTH as a code to unlock the "Super Tuned" and the "SlingShot" 
vehicles.
