Weather select:

Hold S (sun) or R (rain) when selecting a track. 

Type these in track seletion menu 

Enable missile:

Hold M when selecting a single or quick race. Toggle the HUD during the 
race to fire the missile. 

Cheat mode:

Enter one of the following codes during a race to activate the 
corresponding cheat function.

Effect                  Code 

Change map color        [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [F8]  
Repair damage           [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [F9]  
Clear black flag        [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [F10]
