Cheat mode:
Start the game with the "+set thereisacow 1337 +set developer 1 +set
sv_cheats 1 +set monkeytoy 0" command line paramenter. Then, press
"~" or "�" during game play to display the console window. Enter one
of the following codes at the console window to activate the
corresponding cheat function. Repeat a code to disable its effect.
