Press Circle to increase the wind as it flutters the level name on the
loading screen before a battle. Press X to decrease the wind speed.
In-game reset:
Press Select + Start during game play.
Start with additional characters:
Start the game with a memory card with a saved game from Dynasty Warriors 2.
Some characters unlocked in Dynasty Warriors 2 will be available in your
new game.
